We own what we build
Every platform on this site is ours — designed, built, operated and improved by the same team. Nothing here is a case study of work we handed over and walked away from.
Software platform company
LucenCrest owns and operates a portfolio of platforms across 8 industries — all built in-house, none handed over. Two are live today — including one clearing roughly £2 million a month — and two more are in pilot. Every page says exactly where it stands.

Flagship · Cross-border payments
Our cross-border payments platform runs a complete money transfer operation: customer onboarding and identity verification, sanctions and PEP screening, a rules-driven risk engine, multi-provider payout routing, treasury control and an audit trail. It runs 15 live payout corridors from a GBP base.
Illustrative interface with sample data — no customer records are shown.
01 / The portfolio
Each one goes deep into a single industry. All of them share the same foundations for identity, audit, money, workflow and integration — which is why a portfolio this wide does not become a pile of unrelated projects.

One honest ledger for your own money and the money you hold for other people.

02 / How we build
Anyone can ship an interface. The value is in the operational machinery behind it — and that is what we design first.
Every platform on this site is ours — designed, built, operated and improved by the same team. Nothing here is a case study of work we handed over and walked away from.
We model how an industry actually runs: the approvals, the exceptions, the person who has to answer for it at month end. The interface is the last thing we design, not the first.
Audit trails, evidence and decision records are part of the domain model, not a logging afterthought. If a regulator, an auditor or a customer asks what happened, the system answers.
Customer apps, staff consoles, partner APIs and hardware all read and write the same source of truth. No nightly export, no reconciliation spreadsheet, no second version of the numbers.
03 / Engineering core
A payments platform and a school platform have almost nothing in common on the surface. Underneath they need the same eight things — and we only want to build those eight things extremely well once.
How the core worksWe don't build a screen and call it a product. We build the system behind the screen.
That is why our portfolio can span money transfer, schools, residential security, property development, transport, field service and hospitality without becoming a collection of unrelated projects. Each one solves a different industry problem. The engineering discipline underneath is the same every time.
